What happens if my child misses a live class?
We know high school schedules can be unpredictable! Every live session is recorded and uploaded to your child’s private Google Classroom within 24 hours. They can watch the replay at their own pace, review the digital notes, and still ask questions via our support system. They will never fall behind.
Am I locked into a contract, and what is the cancellation policy?
Absolutely not. Prime Study Circle operates on a simple, month-to-month basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. If you decide to cancel after your child has attended a class or two in a given month, you will not be billed for the following month, and your child will retain full access to the classroom and materials until the current 30-day billing period concludes.
How does the "Free Intro Lesson" actually work?
The free intro is a live, interactive group orientation session hosted by Dr. Yasir. You and other prospective families will join a live video call where I will introduce the program, demonstrate my teaching methodology, and walk through exactly how we tackle complex physics topics. It concludes with a live Q&A to answer any specific questions you have. There is zero pressure to enroll and no credit card required to attend!
How does the 24/7 homework support work?
Learning doesn’t stop when the live class ends. If your child gets stuck on a difficult school homework problem mid-week, they can simply upload a photo or type their question directly into our Google Classroom. I will personally review it and provide a detailed written explanation, a helpful reference, or a visual breakdown so they can overcome the hurdle and keep moving forward between classes.
Will this program help if my child is currently struggling to understand physics?
Yes. Traditional classrooms often rush through complex topics, leaving students feeling confused or overwhelmed by the math. Because our groups are strictly capped at 10 students, we have the time to break down abstract concepts into simple, real-world examples.
