Prime Study Circle - August 2026

1. Contractual Relationship

By enrolling your child in a cohort or registering for an event at primestudycircle.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description & Academy Structure

Prime Study Circle provides online, small-group physics mentoring cohorts capped at a maximum of 10 students per session. The academic instruction is delivered live via Google Meet by Dr. Yasir, PhD, while the administrative infrastructure and legal entity are owned and directed by [Legal Name].

3. Subscription Billing & Automatic Renewal

The Plan: Enrollment operates strictly on a month-to-month subscription basis.The Cost: You will be billed automatically every 30 days at our stated regional rates ($120 USD / month for the US track, or £90 GBP / month for the UK track).Cancellation Policy: You are completely free to cancel your child's subscription at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You must cancel before your next scheduled automatic renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month.No Refunds for Past Access: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your child will retain full access to Google Classroom, live lessons, and video archives until the current 30-day period concludes. No partial refunds are issued for unused days

4. Cohort Launch Limits

To ensure an active, collaborative peer-learning dynamic, every cohort requires a minimum of three (3) active students to launch. In the rare event that a selected time slot does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, we reserve the right to reschedule the cohort, merge time slots, or issue a full refund to the parent.

5. Recording and Classroom Intellectual Property

Live Recordings: To support student revision, every live Google Meet session is recorded in high definition and uploaded to the private Google Classroom dashboard. By enrolling your child, you grant consent for their voice and webcam participation to be recorded for the exclusive educational use of that specific cohort.Privacy of Media: Class recordings are private and strictly protected. They are never shared publicly or used for marketing without explicit, separate parental consent.Copyright Notice: All practice worksheets, hand-written whiteboard notes, solution guides, and videos provided inside Google Classroom are the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Study Circle and cannot be distributed, resold, or shared outside the academy framework.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver masterclass-level instruction to help your child achieve top marks, final academic success depends entirely on the student's individual study ethic, homework completion, and examination performance. Prime Study Circle does not guarantee specific numerical exam results on official College Board (AP) or AQA/Edexcel (A-Level) tests.
